Account Information: Email address and name when you create an account. Payment Information: Processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store credit card numbers, UPI IDs, or bank details on our servers. Usage Data: Which features you use, coins you watchlist, and trades you log within the tool. Device Information: Browser type, device type, and IP address for analytics and security.
To provide and maintain the Service. To process payments and manage subscriptions. To send notifications about market signals (only if you opted in). To improve the Service based on usage patterns. We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud). Trade logs, watchlists, and signal preferences are primarily stored in your browser's local storage. Portfolio data and account settings are synced to your Firebase account when logged in. Paper trading history is stored locally on your device and is not synced across devices. All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS.
We integrate with the following third-party services, each of which may collect data according to their own privacy policies:
Market Data: Binance API and CoinDCX API (cryptocurrency prices and market data). Stock Data: Yahoo Finance via our API proxy (stock prices and historical data). Payments: Razorpay (payment processing — we do not store card/UPI details). Authentication & Database: Firebase / Google Cloud (user accounts, authentication tokens, Firestore database). Hosting: Netlify (website hosting, serverless functions). Fonts: Google Fonts (may set cookies and log IP addresses). CDN: Cloudflare (cdnjs.cloudflare.com — JavaScript libraries). Market Sentiment: Alternative.me (Fear & Greed Index).
These services may set their own cookies, collect IP addresses, and process data under their respective privacy policies. We encourage you to review each provider's privacy policy.
We use Firebase authentication cookies/tokens for session management. Third-party services integrated into Stryqe (listed in Section 4) may set their own cookies or collect technical data such as IP addresses, browser identifiers, and referrer headers. While we do not use advertising cookies or run our own tracking scripts, the third-party services we rely on may collect technical information as part of their normal operation. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
You may request access to your personal data, request deletion of your account and data, opt out of notifications at any time, and export your trade history. Contact us at hello@stryqe.in for any data requests.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is removed within 30 days. Anonymized usage analytics may be retained for service improvement.
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication via Firebase, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Stryqe Trading is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
