All new users receive a 5-minute free trial session with full access to all features. No payment is required during the trial. One trial is allowed per account, device, and phone number.
Refunds are available within 7 days of your first paid subscription charge. To be eligible, you must not have logged more than 5 trades within the tool during the refund period.
Email hello@stryqe.in with your registered email address and reason for refund. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method via Razorpay.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time within a billing period after the 7-day refund window.
Refunds are NOT available for: subscription periods beyond the first 7 days, accounts that have been suspended for Terms of Service violations, dissatisfaction with trading outcomes (as clearly stated in our Risk Disclaimer, trading outcomes cannot be guaranteed), or technical issues that were resolved within our support SLA.
