By accessing and using Stryqe Trading ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Stryqe is a market data processing and indicator computation tool. It calculates and displays technical indicators (RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands, etc.) based on publicly available market data from Binance and Yahoo Finance. The Service is NOT a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser, Research Analyst, broker, or investment platform. It does not provide investment advice, personalised recommendations, or research reports.
All indicator outputs, composite indices, and data observations provided by Stryqe are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading recommendations, research reports, or any other form of professional advice as defined under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations 2013 or SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations 2014. You should consult a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser before making any investment decisions. Investment in securities market are subject to market risks.
Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. The value of cryptocurrencies can fluctuate widely. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance of any signal, indicator, or pattern does not guarantee future results. Historical accuracy rates cited (55-75%) are estimates based on general market research and are not guaranteed for any individual trade.
The Service is available for ₹399/month (or ₹49 for a 3-day pass). Payment is processed through Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are available within 7 days of subscription if no trades have been logged in the tool.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to: (a) redistribute, resell, or share your subscription access; (b) use automated tools to scrape data from the Service; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer the indicator algorithms; (d) use the Service for any illegal activity.
Market data is sourced from Binance public APIs, CoinDCX public APIs, and other third-party providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Data delays, API outages, and network errors may occur.
Stryqe Trading and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Service or any trading decisions made based on the Service. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or financial losses from cryptocurrency trades.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account by cancelling your subscription and contacting support.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
